The Sprott Marketing Students' Association (SMSA) hires its team in two seasons.
The Executive Team is hired in March with the roles' commitment beginning in May.
The Brand Ambassadors Team is hired in September with the commitment until the end of April.
During hiring season, we will promote the application form and position descriptions on our website and social media, so be sure to stay tuned for it! Take the opportunity to learn more about the association, reach out to the team if you have any questions, and spruce up your resume before sending in your application!
If your application is successful, we will contact you in for an in-person/virtual interview with the hiring committee. Think of this as more of a conversation as we would like to get to know you more as a person, all of the experiences you've had and the things you've done to bring you to the point you're at today.
Regardless of the outcome, all candidates will be informed of the decision.
