CUSTOMER GROWTH AND RETENTION MANAGER, ROYAL CANADIAN MINT
Mallory is the current Customer Growth and Retention Manager with the Royal Canadian Mint.
She first started her professional career with Bell Residential Services on their Loyalty and Retention Marketing team. Afterwards, she moved to Toronto to work for Bell Mobility to help create campaigns to keep customers loyal to Bell and to help upgrade their phone to continue with Bell services.
After her time with Bell, Mallory moved to SiriusXM to work on their Loyalty Marketing campaigns.
In 2016, Mallory was recruited to Rakuten Kobo Inc. to lead the creation of their Loyalty program, Kobo Super Points, in addition to their CRM initiatives.
Currently, Mallory is back in Ottawa and has recently started working at the Royal Canadian Mint on their Customer Growth and Retention team.
