SENIOR ASSOCIATE BUSINESS MANAGER OF CUSTOMER STRATEGY, CANADIAN TIRE FINANCIAL SERVICES
Jessica is the Senior Associate Manager of Customer Strategy with Canadian Tire Financial Services.
Jessica has been with Canadian Tire for 7 years.
She first started with the company in the Merchandising division where she was responsible for the selecting, negotiating, sourcing, pricing and marketing of all home decor products for Canadian Tire retail stores.
She has then moved onto the banking side of the company, Canadian Tire Bank where she was responsible for the In-Store Financing program and promoting the use of the Canadian Tire credit card in Canadian Tire stores.
Afterwards, she was selected to be on a team responsible for leading an organization wide shift in marketing, going from traditional mass marketing to targeted, data-driven customer experienced focused marketing.
As a business owner, she was responsible for the customer experience, loyalty and retention businesses for Canadian Tire Bank; creating the strategies behind the programs that drive engagement and sales on the suite of credit cards.
Currently, Jessica is working full-time remote from Ottawa for the Canadian Tire Financial Services head office in Toronto
